39 Weeks!

So as I reach the last week of my pregnancy, I've been a bit more worn out so I stay closer to home. Therefore this picture is not the best but you can clearly see we are reaching the end.
I went to what I was hoping would be my last Dr's appointment yesterday. I am still 2 cm dilated, and he said he would prefer me to have progressed more. That being said while he was checking me he went ahead and stretched my cervix. By him doing that he said it could start the labor process within the next 72 hours if it worked. He then began feeling my belly and asked how big Russell and I were when we were born. When I told him 7 lbs he said, "Well you have a HUGE whopper of a baby in there!" I was not amused. (Just kidding) He said for her being so big and her being my first we couldn't really go over my due date. So he told me when I made my appointment for next week to make sure it was for earlier in the week because, "we need to get this thing moving!"
Anyway so long story short... We should have a baby if not this weekend, then by sometime next week. Russell can hardly contain his excitement and tells her every night to, "Come on out and play with Daddy!"
We have enjoyed sharing this experience with you all! Maybe the next time I post it will be the story of her birth! *fingers crossed*

I took this video the other night! I sat my phone on my belly and she did not like that at all. So if you watch my phone you will she her kicking it.

38 Weeks!

Okay so the big day is fast approaching! At my Drs. appointment yesterday we found out that I am 2cm dilated! The Dr said she would bet I go with in the week, but even if I don't they will induce by my due date in 2 weeks!! Russell and myself are getting so excited! It wont be long now!

36 Weeks!

We are finally in week 36! This is the week where, if labor starts, no one will stop Blair from arriving. I had a good doctor's visit today. Blair's heart is still beating strong and she is being very fiesty. I am feeling good. I did have some false labor pains on Friday. However, she still seems to want to live comfortably within me. I will keep you all updated! I hope that she will be here soon!

34 Weeks!

I just wanted to post my 34 week picture! Also as an update we had a good Dr's appointment today! Baby Blair is measuring perfectly and her heartbeat is wonderful! She also said she has already flipped and her head is down! She's getting closer and closer!

1 More Month To Go!

We have officially hit 8 months today (32 weeks!) Boy has the time flown by! In celebration of such a huge milestone in this pregnancy Momma and Kim decided we needed to do a "photo documentary hour!" Below are some of the pictures!

30 Weeks!

We've hit another big milestone! 30 Weeks! With only 10 weeks left Russell and I are over flowing with excitement!

Happy Mother's Day

So... I guess today would be my 1st Mother's Day! We had a great time. I went to spend Mother's Day with Mama. We opened presents and then went to church with Granny!

After church, we went to Academy Springs Park for a picnic! It was a great day! Below is a picture of me on Mother's Day!

I hope that everyone had a Happy Mother's Day! I definitely did! I can't wait to spend my next Mother's Day with Baby Blair!

Now Entering Into The 3rd Trimester!

So... today we are celebrating a big milestone! We are now in our 3rd trimester! To celebrate Baby Blair, Russell and I went down to Grandma and Paw-Paw's house! Below is my 28 week picture!

Russell's excitement is definitely growing! He loves talking to her and giving her kisses! Blair will definitely know her Daddy's voice!

A wonderful way to end this great day was to top it off with the ICE CREAM MAN!

We're down to 83 days (and counting)...

Finishing the Nursery... Almost!

So... Momma (Grandma) and Kim couldn't wait to get back to our apartment to finish decorating Blair's nursery. So last Saturday they loaded up and came for a work day!
First we put Blair's letters up above her crib!

We also put her towel rack up in her bathroom.

Even Toby got in on the action, checking out Blair's clothing!

After an exhausting day, I thought we were finished. Kim and Russell, however, had different plans and decided to listen to Blair! After listening to her, they even felt her kick!
